Licensing
Free-tier modules and every skill are licensed Apache-2.0 and published in a public repository. Pro, Team, and Enterprise modules are licensed FSL-1.1-ALv2; that repository is private, for the developer's own use, and isn't distributed publicly - a paid subscription grants a license to run the software, not access to its source.
No warranty
BASTILLE is provided as-is. Governance modules reduce risk from destructive or unreviewed agent actions - they don't eliminate it. Review what your agent does; don't rely on any single safeguard as the only check in place.
Acceptable use
Don't use BASTILLE to circumvent the safety mechanisms of the underlying agent, and don't misrepresent the source or authorship of any module you redistribute under its license terms.
